  1. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. A qualified Chartered Accountant, CIS or CIMA. 
  3. With 5 years accounting and financial management experience
  4. Experience in a mining or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  5. Must have a very stable personality, self confident and a team player.
  6. Familiar with Zimbabwe tax laws.
  7. Can work independently and provide leadership to the Finance department and other members of staff.
