KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports for leadership and operational decision making.
- Analyse HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, workforce demographic, recruitment effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends, talent gaps, and succession planning needs.
- Conduct scenario modelling to support workforce optimization, resourcing and policy evaluation.
- Provide analytics support for key HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and performance management.
- Assist in benchmarking internal HR metrics against industry standards and best practice.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HR information systems (SHRMS).
- Collaborate with ICT department and HR teams to improve data collection, integration and reporting capabilities.
- Support the development and review of HR policies and programs through evidence-based insights.
- Monitor compliance with HR-related regulatory requirements through data audits and controls.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align workforce data insights with business objectives.
- Present findings to senior management and make recommendations to support decision-making.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR analytics, workforce planning or related HR functional areas.
- Experience working in a regulatory or financial services environment is an added advantage.
