- Identify and secure large enterprise clients and strategic projects.
- Develop customized proposals and sales strategies for complex deals.
- Lead contract negotiations for high-value agreements.
- Acquire large enterprise clients
Customer Management
- Build and manage executive-level client relationships.
- Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
Market Insights And Growth
- Provide market intelligence on enterprise opportunities and industry trends.
- Benchmark competitors and develop winning strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within large clients.
Sales Operations
- Maintain detailed records of enterprise pipelines in CRM.
- Provide management with reports on deal progress and revenue forecasts.
Starlink Product Expertise
- Develop strong knowledge of Starlink and related ICT solutions.
- Present and position Starlink solutions as strategic offerings for enterprise clients
Qualifications and Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
- A Masters degree is an added advantage
- 7 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Telecoms/ISP/technology industry experience strongly preferred.
