Lead Conversion
- Prioritize And Manage Leads Through Crm Systems With A Clear Focus On Closing Opportunities.
- Use Sales Scripts And Structured Messaging To Increase Conversion Rates.
- Identify Decision-Makers And Overcome Objections To Shorten The Sales Cycle.
Client Engagement
- Maintain A Sharp Focus On Customer Pain Points And Align Solutions That Directly Address Their Needs.
- Ensure Smooth Onboarding Post-Sale In Collaboration With The Operations Team.
- Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact During The Closing Phase.
Reporting And Performance Tracking
- Track Sales Performance Using Crm Tools And Provide Weekly Updates On Pipeline Status And Closed Deals.
- Analyse Reasons For Lost Deals To Improve Closing Strategy.
