Key Work output and Accountabilities
- Adherence to internal control procedures.
- Accurate processing of financial transactions into various business systems.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of the fixed assets register, including cyclical physical verification.
- Assistance with preparation of general ledger reconciliations
- Assistance with completion of monthly financial reports
- Assistance with compilation of budgets and rolling forecasts
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the production of accurate and timeous management reports
- Any other Ad Hoc duties delegated by the Finance Manager
- Reconciliation and submitting of monthly statutory returns
EDUCATION:
Bachelors in Accounting degree class 2.1 or better
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- No work experience required
- Recent college graduate
- Advanced computer literacy – MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
