KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions across enterprise systems.
- Monitor and review access controls to ensure compliance with IAM policies.
- Support the execution of user access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD) checks, and privilege access management.
- Assist in implementing strong authentication mechanisms and password management policies.
- Track and resolve access-related incidents in collaboration with the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
- Maintain audit trails and provide evidence for compliance and audit requirements.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of IAM tools, processes, and automation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or similar is an added advantage.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in information security, system administration, or IAM.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Sound understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including least privilege, segregation of duties, rolebased access control, and user lifecycle management.
- Practical experience supporting enterprise IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and privileged or high-risk access controls.
- Ability to integrate and manage access controls across systems, infrastructure platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Ability to produce and maintain clear IAM documentation, access matrices, procedures, and reports for management, auditors, and regulators.
