Senior Legal Advisor

This role is ideally suited to candidates who are currently serving as Company Secretaries or Deputy Company Secretaries with substantial exposure to board and committee processes. The successful candidate will work closely with Boards and senior leadership, providing legal guidance and governance support across the organization.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified legal practitioner.
• Current Company Secretary or Deputy Company Secretary experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and board processes.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with Board members and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent legal drafting, advisory, and communication skills.
