Main Duties: Ensure availability of quality products in all branches through effective adherence to planograms and merchandising standards. Oversee the preparation and manufacture of confectionery and bread in a manner that guarantees consistent delivery of fresh bakery products everyday Ensure accurate product costing and effective recipe adherence across all branches. Ensure volume growth, sales, and gross profit targets are achieved. Ensure proactive training of bakery personnel to keep abreast with world-class bakery standards. Train and develop staff to bring performance to required standards. Ensure maintenance of world-class house-keeping standards across all branches Maintain and review product range by market segments Qualifications: Higher National Diploma in Bakeries Studies Degree in Food Technology or Business Studies will be an added advantage. Practical experience in the Baking Industry. Have thorough knowledge of city by – law specifications and standards.
