Duties & Responsibilities Participates in recruitment and selection processes in liaison with the Manager through: Drafting notices and advertisements for vacant positions in liaison with respective line management Shortlisting candidates with the right abilities, attitude and experience for the vacant position Coordinates and participates in interviews Provision of locum cover for staff attending training, on leave, and in response to an increase in patient volumes Facilitates onboarding of incoming employees by advising them on induction venue, program, transport and other logistics Tracks contract expiry dates of employees on fixed-term contracts and facilitates renewal in liaison with the Manager Arranges for exit interviews and administers the exit procedure checklist Recommends training needs gaps to the Manager and participates in the development of the Annual Training Calendar Prepares training registers and course evaluation forms, and consolidates information from evaluation forms for the development of a Training Effectiveness report Coordinates training venues, participants’ accommodation and transport, travel and subsistence allowances for participants Maintains filing of all training records and prepares training reports in liaison with the Manager Maintains and updates physical and digital employee records for ease of retrieval and safeguarding confidentiality Researches on Human Resources Information Systems trends and applies accordingly Ensures proper filing and safekeeping of all payroll related documentation Administers staff loans, leave applications, long service awards and timesheets etc Attends to employees’ grievances and facilitates for assistance when necessary Administers disciplinary cases ensuring documentation of all proceedings until cases are finalised Facilitates the drafting of probationary objectives for new employees Administer relevant performance recognition in line with the company's practices Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or Related At least 2 years of experience in an HR-related environment Member of the Institute of People Management Zimbabwe
