Duties/Responsibilities
•Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
•Coordinating the implementation of organisational strategies, tobacco operations, research and business development activities.
•Managing Human Resources and Administration processes by providing guidance on matters affecting human capital to ensure that personnel are well equipped, motivated, retained and developed.
•Coordinating the formulation and compilation of budgets to address the resource requirements of the Provincial Office.
•Detailing and consolidating stakeholder training needs to ensure acceptance and participation in training resulting in appropriate transfer of knowledge.
•Facilitating the submission of statutory returns through mobilization of resources.
•Developing and maintaining effective corporate governance in stakeholder communities to enhance TIMB image and its subsequent sustainability in the industry.

Requirements
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Crop science.
•A Business Administration degree is an added advantage.
At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience of which 3 years should be at a supervisory position
