Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Developing and implementinng strategies and plans to achieve production targets
- Living and leading the Company’s values.
- Developing people centred leadership within your department with servant leadership being the winning model
- Developing culture of performance within team members in areas of responsibility.
- Eliminating/reducing industrial relations risk.
- Managing staff costs and operational costs to budget .
- Practising good governance and best practises.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant tertiary educational qualification preferably in Engineering or Production.
