Processing Plant Executive

Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Developing and implementinng strategies and plans to achieve production targets
• Living and leading the Company’s values.
• Developing people centred leadership within your department with servant leadership being the winning model
• Developing culture of performance within team members in areas of responsibility.
• Eliminating/reducing industrial relations risk.
• Managing staff costs and operational costs to budget .
• Practising good governance and best practises.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant tertiary educational qualification preferably in Engineering or Production.
