Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Systems Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
- Post graduate qualification (e.g, MBA /MSC) will be an added advantage
- 8 years in systems administration and support, with 5 years of those at supervisory/managerial level or related environment.
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.
- Knowledge and experience of database management principles and practices;
- Knowledge and experience of hardware and software system design and implementation principles and practices
- Experience in Project management principles;
- Experience in Advanced systems analysis methods, practices, and principles;
- Knowledge on leading edge technologies.
- Knowledge and experience of information system troubleshooting methods.
- Experience in Utilizing computer technology used for communication, data gathering and reporting
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft administration tools and services, Microsoft security standards, Microsoft applications, Microsoft systems and architecture.
- Expert knowledge of remote management configuration & troubleshooting
- Experience in supervising /leading teams.
- Must be able to communicate effectively through oral
