Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, and executes financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Makes estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
- Completes financial reports, leads the month-end closing process and conducts monthly financial forecast.
- Develops and implements plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strategizes on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
- Provides financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Manages and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
- Evaluates the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Understands and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in finance/accounting or related.
- CA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA (added advantage).
- MBA or MBL (added advantage).
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager / senior accountant
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Palladium and other financial planning software.
