Finance Manager

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, and executes financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Makes estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Completes financial reports, leads the month-end closing process and conducts monthly financial forecast.
• Develops and implements plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strategizes on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Provides financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manages and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Evaluates the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
• Understands and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in finance/accounting or related.
• CA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA (added advantage).
• MBA or MBL (added advantage).
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager / senior accountant
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Palladium and other financial planning software.
