Finance Manager

<p><strong>Duties/ Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plans, organizes, and executes financial tasks and projects of the organization.</li> <li>Makes estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.</li> <li>Completes financial reports, leads the month-end closing process and conducts monthly financial forecast.</li> <li>Develops and implements plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li> <li>Strategizes on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.</li> <li>Provides financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.</li> <li>Manages and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.</li> <li>Evaluates the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.</li> <li>Understands and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in finance/accounting or related.</li> <li>CA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA (added advantage).</li> <li>MBA or MBL (added advantage).</li> <li>At least 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager / senior accountant</li> <li>Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Palladium and other financial planning software.</li> </ul>
