A medical Imaging facility is seeking experienced and qualified Marketing individuals to spear head the below marketing responsibilities


Public Relations Manager


This position will expect the Public Relations Manager to



  • Have a strategic oversight on the practices overall business development.

  • Facilitate effective planning and implementation of departmental infrastructure in areas of as Business development and Brand Development

  • Play a leading role in the development of Public Relations and appropriate delegation and prioritization skills related to the PR aspect as a whole in correlation with marketing and organizational strategies.


 


Duties will include:



  • Managing a team of client liaison officers to achieve departmental goals.

  • Implement departmental goals in relation to organizational vision and mission.

  • Further establish departmental goals in relation to the organizational vision and mission

  • Ensuring that the practice has sufficient PR presence to achieve visibility service delivery and quality customer care.

  • Provide trade marketing and distribution information and reports on performance and accounts to ensure that the Managing Director, Key Accounts Managers and the Brand Marketing team are fully informed at all times.

  • Act as the lead in implementing the public relations strategy and programs based on the strategic oversight of the practice.

  • Appropriately respond to queries from key customers, the media and related organisations paying particular attention to concerns and complaints.

  • Producing presentations, articles, flyers, reports, information for website and promotional content

  • Analysing media coverage on the company, developing and implementing strategies aimed at maintaining a positive image of the organisation.

  • Editing all publications and promotional materials to ensure compliance

  • Co-ordinating and controlling the Public Relations sectional activities, i.e. social media publicity, others may be included.


 


The minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job are noted below


Specialized knowledge



  • Marketing and PR knowledge in the Health Sector, awareness of the limitations in the Health Sector and great communication with referrers.

  • Strong research background (evidence may be requested)


 


Professional Certification



  • A degree in Marketing and or PR


 


Experience



  • 4 years’ experience
