<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>Responsibility for the preparation of SBU budgets and monthly management accounts, quarterly board reports, costing, maintenance of audit file, and providing support to the senior Managers on financial matters.</p> <ol> <li><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Preparation of Board of directors meeting pack for the foreign subsidiary</li> <li>Financial planning and analysis of the company &amp; other foreign subsidiaries</li> <li>Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements, inclusive of intercompany consolidation</li> <li>Preparation of budgets and rolling monthly forecast inclusive of cashflow</li> <li>Preparation of capital expenditure budget</li> <li>Reviewing and approving management monthly accounts and reconciliations of subsidiaries.</li> <li>Preparation of Annual Financial Statements for the company in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards &amp; GAAP</li> <li>Monitoring and interpreting cashflows &amp; operating performance<br /> Participation in Company strategy and planning activities</li> <li>Performing special business analysis and investigations as required across the company.</li> <li>Overseeing external audits for the company &amp; other foreign subsidiaries e.g. preparing year end audit schedules and attending to audit queries</li> <li>Overseeing the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, stock valuation reports, IAS41 valuation.<br /> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience minimum 5 years</li> <li>Self-starter</li> <li>Accounting Degree</li> <li>Professional Qualifications - CIMA, CA (Z), ACCA.</li> </ul>
