Main Function
- This job will serve to perform front office management, parsing various elements being managed throughout administration into a single point-of-contact.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Established and became primary contact for clients in order to oversee and maintain day-to-day inquiries.
- Routine inspections and monitoring any needs on any internal issues (i.e., printing equipment, stationery etc ).
- Providing administrative support to the team: redirecting inquiries, calls and other client correspondence.
- Collating information such as inquiries, proposals ad invoices.
- Managing office space & furniture
- Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
- Financial and HR administration
Education
- Degree in Office Management or marketing
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies will be an added advantage
Personal Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and WordDegree in marketing
- clean Class 4 drivers license

- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Meticulous attention to detail,
- Organisational and time management skills
- A genuine interest in the business.
