Duties and Responsibilities
\r\n\r\nReview legal documents and provide legal opinion to the organization
\r\n\r\nProvide recommendations to on strategic corporate decisions of a legal nature
\r\n\r\nManage and negotiate contracts
\r\n\r\nDraft legal policies and procedures to guide the organisation on legal issues
\r\n\r\nAttend to any legal action for or against the organization
\r\n\r\nPrepare board resolutions and matters arising from board meetings
\r\n\r\nAssess and manage performance of external attorneys on behalf of the organisation
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Qualifications and Attributes
\r\n\r\nBachelor of Law Honours Degree
\r\n\r\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Law environment
\r\n\r\nHigh level of confidentiality
\r\n\r\nGood interpersonal and communication skills
\r\n
