<p><strong>Main Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Designs implementation plans for Human Resources best practice projects.</li> <li>Facilitates the design, compilation and approval of HR policies, Business Process Re-engineering and Standard Operating procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Facilitates organisational design interventions.</li> <li>Works closely with the Heads of Departments to ensure effective and on-going co-ordination, evaluation and updating of the Leadership and Management Development Programmes (Supervisory, Management and Executive Leadership Programmes).</li> <li>Manages the development and implementation of learning evaluation procedures and analysis of feedback in order to effectively evaluate the impact of development activities at organisational, team and individual level (ROI of programs).</li> <li>Coordinates Job Evaluation exercise and grading for new and existing positions.</li> <li>Participate in championing the Company performance management system through design, implementation, training and awareness and monitoring of the performance management system.</li> <li>Carries out culture audits and climate surveys within the business to gauge the level of employee engagement to the mission, vision and values of the business.</li> <li>Coordinates and implements coaching and mentoring programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Human Resource Management.</li> <li>IPMZ Diploma or a professional qualification in Organisational Development</li> <li>A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.</li> <li>Corporate membership to a professional body</li> <li>At least 5 years relevant experience working with large scale projects </li> </ul>
