Main Duties:

  • Customer communication and long-term relationship building at a strategic level.
  • The individual must be able to allow effective Interface between the organisation and its clients.
  • Supplier negotiations and bench marking.
  • Customs clearing, international forwarding and distribution.
  • Preparation and submission of tenders.
  • Presentations to new and existing clients
  • Design sales strategy, formulate services offered, formulate rate structure for those services & collate sales visits
  • Calculate profitability of projects
  • Analysis of competitors and clients' business
  • Seek and provide new business opportunities
  • Providing service to customers
  • Maintaining existing customers
  • Local and over border distribution
  • Manage the partner relationships to maximise and customer satisfaction
  • To research and provide in dept market knowledge within target industry for internal

Qualifications:

  • Bsc in Marketing
  • At least 3 years experience
