Team Leader

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the branch.</li> <li>Translate business development plans into real business</li> <li>Cultivate, grow and manage or maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region</li> <li>Identify and capitalize on new SME market opportunities/approaches to expand market presence, competitiveness and profit potential</li> <li>Growing the assets and liabilities of the Loans and SME portfolio</li> <li>Determine and implement the cost-effective distribution strategies, methods and service quality needs to economically and competitively capitalize on market conditions</li> <li>Ensure that high-quality staff are selected, trained and motivated to ensure staff retention</li> <li>Retail and digital strategy implementation and coordination</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bsc in Banking and Finance/ Investments/ Business Studies</li> <li>At least 5 years experience</li> </ul>
