Main Duties:

  • Accountable for the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Translate business development plans into real business
  • Cultivate, grow and manage or maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the region
  • Identify and capitalize on new SME market opportunities/approaches to expand market presence, competitiveness and profit potential
  • Growing the assets and liabilities of the Loans and SME portfolio
  • Determine and implement the cost-effective distribution strategies, methods and service quality needs to economically and competitively capitalize on market conditions
  • Ensure that high-quality staff are selected, trained and motivated to ensure staff retention
  • Retail and digital strategy implementation and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bsc in Banking and Finance/ Investments/ Business Studies
  • At least 5 years experience
