Develop and implement strategies to grow the business
Generate the planned revenue budgets
Ensure Divisions are resourced adequately
Develop non-traditional sources of revenue in the current or new markets
Assesses the principal risks of the company and ensures that these risks are being monitored and managed
Fully understand the offering of the current technology platforms and ensure application of best practice to deliver value in the most cost effective manner
Attract, develop, motivate, and retain high calibre staff dedicated to outstanding performance
Develop and implement strategies to unlock and maximize the utilization of the company’s assets
Ensures that Organisation maintains high standards of corporate citizenship and social responsibility wherever it does business
Develop manpower plans that support the attainment of the business objectives and implement recruitment and selection procedures that result in the attraction and selection of high calibre staff
Implement & monitor Performance Management system in terms of all organisations functions to enhance the performance of the organization. The incumbent will ensure full implementation of the performance management system in the organisation and ensure role clarity as far as all Divisions are concerned
Ensure systems are developed to coach, mentor, monitor and appraise subordinates on their performance to ensure they achieve agreed targets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
First Degree
Masters’ Degree
Membership to a professional body is an added advantage
A minimum of 15 years’ experience, of which at least 5 years should be at Senior Management level in a medium to large operation
