Main Duties:
HR; SYSTEMS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- Take part in developing and review of policies and procedures in line with Labour act and any gazette amendments
- Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and legal requirements.
- Participate in development, review and alignment of employment code of conduct in line with legal requirements
- Develop and ensure all activities in the plant are in compliance with SGP requirements (workplace rights)
- Develop, implement and monitor HR administrative systems and procedures to ensure accurate reporting of all HR related information
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
- Ensure all functions have suitable manpower in the right place at all times
- Process all authorized recruitments on time
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- Co-ordinate employee training needs analysis and relevant interventions
- Identification of suitable service providers to address the qualification and skills gap identified in liason with Capability development
- Participate in the development and ensures compliance to all Company requirements eg EOSH, food safety, quality
Qualifications:
- Bsc in Human Resources Management or Business Management
- At least 3 years experience
