Duties and Responsibilities

• Advising management on Capital Expenditure
• Providing high level management expertise
• Developing employees to ensure career progression
• Providing inputs in budget preparartions & execution of the budget
• Cost leadership
• Reporting as per set management routine
• Coordinating crop growing activities
• Crop management & yield forecasting
• Maintaining quality requirements
• Recording production such as farm managment practices, parent stock and preparing operational reports
• Analysing soil to determine type and quantity of fertiliser needed
• Maintenance of farm equipment
