Primary Duties
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist in the regular inventory counts.
Receiving Goods:
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring that all items are properly documented.
Stock Distribution:
- Prepare and distribute materials and supplies to various departments as requested, ensuring timely delivery.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Warehouse Organization:
- Keep the central stores area organized, clean, and safe, following established safety protocols.
Assist in Audits:
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to inventory.
Coordination:
- Coordinates with procurement regarding stock replenishment timelines and discrepancies
Reporting:
- Reporting damaged or obsolete stock and recommending disposal or returns.
Security:
- Adherence to company security protocols to prevent theft or loss.
Academic Qualifications Required:

Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
Additional Training Required
- Training in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Safety training related to warehouse operations
