  • Maintaining the reception area in an orderly manner at all times to enhance the image of the organisation to its stakeholders.
  • \r\n
  • Attending and operating the enquiry desk to ensure the provision of a quality service to all the organisation’s stakeholders and customers.
  • \r\n
  • Receiving visitors and directing them to appropriate offices for service.
  • \r\n
  • Receiving and transferring incoming telephone calls to ensure there is communication between callers and staff.
  • \r\n
  • Recording telephone messages and passing them to the relevant staff.
  • \r\n

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • \r\n
  • Managing administrative activities involving purchase of consumables and office accessories and tracking office supply inventory.
  • \r\n
  • Managing the repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc.
  • \r\n
  • Filing documents.
  • \r\n
  • Typing minutes of meetings and other necessary documents.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Office Management or a Business related field
  • \r\n
  • Certificate in Reception and Switchboard
  • \r\n
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work without supervision
  • \r\n
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • \r\n
  • Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
  • \r\n
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • \r\n
