Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field OR Qualified Appy in the DPF/Motor Mechanics/Auto Electrics fields.
- Relevant certifications in plant and equipment operation.
- Train the Trainer Certificate.
Experience:
- Proven experience in training personnel on plant and heavy equipment operation.
- Proven experience with Apprentices training management.
- Hands-on experience with various types of construction machinery (e.g., excavators, cranes, forklifts).
- Experience in developing training materials and assessments specific to plant operations.
Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- Proficiency in using training technologies and equipment simulators.
