Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and calls for the Department
  • Schedule and update the Executives on their daily appointments.
  • Type reports/ memos for the buying department.
  • Maintain personnel records for buying clerks.
  • Order and prepare refreshments for the Executives and their visitors.
  • Update leave register for the buying department personnel
  • Order and control the buying department’s stationery.
  • Send log books information to the vehicle committee on a monthly basis as required

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Degree in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Executive Secretarial Diploma
  • Experience as an Executive Secretary
