Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the company’ direct sales channels-(Factory Shop and Hampers section)
- Grow Sales Volumes for the direct sales channels
- Developing direct marketing strategies to maintain existing clientele and attracting new customers
- Creating a new customer base and managing existing customers
- Managing and reconciling stocks for direct sales channels
- Analyses and predicts the market trends and proffers recommendation to improve sales
- Meeting set targets for the direct sales channels
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing/ Retail Management/ Business Management
- At least 5 Years of experience in retail management
