Mortgages Manager

<p>Main Duties: Formulates and implements strategic plan for the business unit. Oversees the implementation of business unit budgets. Develops the sales and marketing plan for mortgage business and property development projects. Sources mortgage/ housing development finance in liaison with local, regional and international mortgage/property development funders. Monitors margins for each product and recommends appropriate pricing strategies. Oversees underwriting of mortgage business. Prospects and recommends land banks for housing projects Oversees delivery of the Bank&rsquo;s property development projects. Trains, coach, motivate and maintain an effective team. Manages stakeholder relationships. Qualifications: Business/Finance/Accounting degree or related. Post Graduate qualification MBA is an added advantage At least 3 years&rsquo; senior managerial experience in mortgage financing</p>
