Job Description

Overall Management Roles

1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.

2. Manage different teams directly and through their supervisors.

3. Report on issues pertaining the welfare of your team members

4. Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually on the progress and status of the projects being undertaken.

5. Create budgets and manage costs for projects.

6. Allocate project resources as per your provided schedule to achieve the best results on all projects.

7. Learn the entire product portfolio for the business and assist the business development teams in acquiring and maintaining new customers.

8. Be the liaison between the company and the customers’ project manager and any other designated personnel as and when requested.

10. Introduce innovative engineering processes and procedures to deliver our projects efficiently, timeously and below cost.
