Assistant Project Engineer

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p><strong>Overall Management Roles</strong></p> <p>1. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned <strong>engineering projects</strong>. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and <strong>requirements </strong>and representing them in the field.</p> <p>2. Manage different teams directly and through their supervisors.</p> <p>3. Report on issues pertaining the welfare of your team members</p> <p>4. Report weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually on the progress and status of the projects being undertaken. </p> <p>5. Create budgets and manage costs for projects.</p> <p>6. Allocate project resources as per your provided schedule to achieve the best results on all projects.</p> <p>7. Learn the entire product portfolio for the business and assist the business development teams in acquiring and maintaining new customers.</p> <p>8. Be the liaison between the company and the customers&rsquo; project manager and any other designated personnel as and when requested.</p> <p>10. Introduce innovative engineering processes and procedures to deliver our projects efficiently, timeously and below cost.</p>
