Job Description:
Direct the actual distribution or movement of our service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. Computer literacy is a must.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor`s Degree in Marketing or related professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing Sales and Marketing strategy
- Technical Sales skills
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of market research
- Knowledge of corporate market or Government departments or small scale traders e.g tuck shops high-density shopping centers
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
