Head of Legal Services

Responsibilities

• Developing legal strategies and plans and ensuring their alignment to corporate objectives
• Providing legal advice on business matters, such as contracts, , agreements, labour legal matters, regulatory measures, taxation, patents and intellectual property rights.
• Handling all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects.
• Ensuring that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations,
• Helping the company avoid possible legal risks and violations.
• Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits.
• Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop future leaders.

Qualifications/Experience

• A Master’s Degree in law with bias to Commercial Law and/or Construction Law.
• At least five years’ experience in handling commercial and corporate law transactions and cases, at middle to senior management level
