Head of Legal Services

<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Developing legal strategies and plans and ensuring their alignment to corporate objectives</li> <li> Providing legal advice on business matters, such as contracts, , agreements, labour legal matters, regulatory measures, taxation, patents and intellectual property rights.</li> <li> Handling all our company&rsquo;s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects.</li> <li> Ensuring that all our company&rsquo;s transactions comply with state laws and regulations,</li> <li> Helping the company avoid possible legal risks and violations.</li> <li> Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits.</li> <li> Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop future leaders.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications/Experience</p> <ul> <li>A Master&rsquo;s Degree in law with bias to Commercial Law and/or Construction Law.</li> <li>At least five years&rsquo; experience in handling commercial and corporate law transactions and cases, at middle to senior management level</li> </ul>
