Purpose of Job

  • To providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Operations & Service

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings and create presentations
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Education

  • A degree in Business Management or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
