Job Purpose:





Managing Property Portfolios - Ensuring that all property portfolio management issues comply with the legal provisions of the Estate Agency Act.





Managing property portfolios on behalf of the landlords, owners of properties. 





Duties & Responsibilities:







  1. New Tenants:








  • Carries out rent valuation on the property.


  • Advertises the vacant space or property/premises presented for letting.


  • Carries out security, credit reference checks on prospective tenant.


  • Negotiates rentals.


  • Prepares lease agreements.






2. Existing Tenants:







  • Ensuring that competitive rentals are paid by regularly carrying out rental market research.


  • Renegotiating rentals on lease renewal in consultation with the landlord.


  • Prepares lease agreements






 3. Rent Collection:







  • Ensuring that tenants pay rental on due dates.
