Conduct research on laws, regulations and legal issues relating
Review legal documents and render legal opinion
Manage and Negotiate contracts
Maintain records of contracts entered into by the organisation
Draft legal policies and procedures to guide the organisation on legal issues
Record Board and AGM minutes
Assess attorneys and provide recommendations regarding appointment of attorneys annually
Qualifications and Attributes
Bachelor of Law Honours Degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Law environment
High level of confidentiality
Good attention to detail
Good time management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
