Qualifications and Experience
\r\n\r\nConduct research on laws, regulations and legal issues relating
\r\n\r\nReview legal documents and render legal opinion
\r\n\r\nManage and Negotiate contracts
\r\n\r\nMaintain records of contracts entered into by the organisation
\r\n\r\nDraft legal policies and procedures to guide the organisation on legal issues
\r\n\r\nRecord Board and AGM minutes
\r\n\r\nAssess attorneys and provide recommendations regarding appointment of attorneys annually
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Qualifications and Attributes
\r\n\r\nBachelor of Law Honours Degree
\r\n\r\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Law environment
\r\n\r\nHigh level of confidentiality
\r\n\r\nGood attention to detail
\r\n\r\nGood time management
\r\n\r\nGood interpersonal and communication skills
\r\n\r\nAbility to work well in a team
\r\n\r\n\r\n
