Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives outside calls and transfers them to the respective offices
- Makes calls for all internal staff
- Reports any extension faults for repairs
- Requests for new handsets for new staff members
- Communicates new extensions to all staff
- Logs requested calls into the phone log book
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 O – Levels
- Executive Diploma in Secretarial/Communications
- 3 Years relevant experience
