Processing Plant Maintenance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for civil, electrical and mechanical maintenance of the processing plant.
• Ensures the Maintenance Department is run as per SOPs to minimize downtime and safety risk in the Processing Plant 
• Responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOP’s, Safety, etc.)
• Responsible for managing the Maintenance Department workforce
• Responsible for all Maintenance Department equipment, spares & tools.

Requirements and Experience

• A Degree in Mechatronics
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven record in maintaining a food/feed production factory, and experience using a CMMS package.
