Dipatch Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the dispatch process to ensure customer order fulfilment on time and in full
• Analysing dispatch performance metrics and putting in place systems for continuous improvement
• Ensuring effective collaboration with key business stakeholders
• Leading the dispatch team for efficient execution of duties and ensuring the right teamwork and team development
• Managing costs through waste reduction initiatives and operational efficiency
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs
• Ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Ensuring quality, safety and security standards are enforced and upheld
• Ensuring housekeeping is maintained through use of 5S tools

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum BSc Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics/Supply chain management
