Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regular risk profiling
- Designing risk mitigation plans from risk assessments.
- Implanting day to day and strategic security management systems and incident investigations
- Preparation of incident investigation reports, document findings and implement corrective action.
- Supervision of third-party contracts and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies.
- Recommending security mitigation systems, educate employees on security awareness through training programs and communication initiatives.
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma/ Degree in security studies.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Must be a former police officer.
