National Operations Manager

Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• A post-graduate business qualification such as an MBA/MBL will be an advantage
• At least ten years working experience in a commercial transport environment, 3 of which being at supervisory or management level.
• Proven ability to think outside the box and to apply novel solutions to complex problems 
• Be a good team player and can manage diversity.
• Be self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
