Financial Accountant

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial and business strategy implementation
• Cash flow preparation and working capital management
• Production of monthly finance reports, budgets and financial statements.
• Manage operating expenses in liaison with line managers and cost centre managers. Manage and safeguard company assets
• Ensure appropriate levels of internal control compliance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative expectation Financial skills / talent identification, training & development, motivation and succession planning.
• Perform performance management, through Balance score card application and performance evaluation.
• Create and maintain business relationship with key stakeholders in financial institutions, customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced studies towards Professional Qualification – CA, ACCA, CIMA
• Minimum of 3 relevant finance experience at senior level
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
