EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or large-scale operations.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, reporting, and operational dashboards.
Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee group operations and execution.
Support strategic growth, expansion, and business scalability.
Monitor performance, budgets, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Provide strategic reports to executive leadership.
