Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

•   Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

•   Ensure the integrity of financial records and reporting processes.

•   Maintain and strengthen the organisation's internal control environment.

•  Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax legislation, corporate governance requirements, statutory and regulatory obligations, ESG reporting requirements, sustainability disclosure standards, and company policies, while monitoring and implementing emerging regulatory and reporting developments.

•  Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

•  Oversee manufacturing costing processes, including product costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and margin reporting.

• Monitor production costs and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls, governance, and operational effectiveness.

• Provide financial analysis and decision-support information to management
