Precast Manager

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the Precast Department.

Provide technical oversight of precast concrete product design, production and manufacturing processes.

Drive cost control, productivity and operational efficiency across the department.

Ensure compliance with required quality standards, specifications and industry requirements.

Lead the development and implementation of quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement strategies to grow the precast products business and market share.

Identify new markets, products and business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.

Oversee production planning, resource utilisation and delivery performance.

Manage departmental budgets and ensure effective control of operating costs.

Lead, develop and mentor technical, production and supervisory teams.

Ensure adherence to SHEQ standards and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
