Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth running of transport and logistics operations
- Championing solid transport and logistics management practices that underpin optimum resource utilisation and guarantee solid return on investment
- Customer network development and management for business growth
- Implementation of agreed distribution operational plans and activities
- Fleet deployment ; departure compliance and implementing a solid distribution plan
- Management of fleet and manpower
- Develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures that enhance efficiencies
- Develop and sustain superior customer service levels
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Supply Chain Management
- An MBA will be an added advantage
- Experience at Managerial level
