<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Booking in of vehicles and inspection</li> <li>Opening and closing off job cards</li> <li>Allocation of jobs to technicians</li> <li>Quality check, quality assurance, test drives</li> <li>Customer liaison and customer relations management</li> <li>Ensuring that customers do not mill in the workshop and are sat in the customer waiting area.</li> <li>Budget and budget management</li> <li>Business growth/expansion</li> <li>Management of hygienic factors</li> <li>Implementation of the Workshop Standard Operating Procedures to its full spirit and intent.</li> <li>Enforcement of Safety and Health Standards</li> </ul> <p>Qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Class 1 Motor Mechanic</li> <li>5 years experience in similar role</li> </ul>
