Duties and Responsibilities
- Uphold a strng compliance culture including implementation of compliance training and induction.
- Keeps abreast of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements and development.
- Performs impact analysis nd update relevant compliance policy and procedures.
- Works closely with line managers to assist in the implementation of compliance improvements required to ensure the company/business units meet the contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance regulatory concerns and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Risk Management, Finance or equivalent.
- Qualified Internal Auditor.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in Compliance Management.
- Proven skills in audit management in heavy machinery industry.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
