Chief Executive Officer

Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has been contracted by the Zimplats Mhondoro-Ngezi, Chegutu, Zvimba Community Share Ownership Trust to assist with the recruitment and selection of a suitable candidate for the position of Chief Executive Officer. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide management and technical support, guidance and oversight of the Trust budgets and deliverables Conduct periodic meetings as guided by the DEED of Trust Design and develop effective information management (including management information systems), communications, feedback and linkages with all key stakeholders, private sector and partners in business and development. Carrying out periodic needs assessments, evaluations and subsequent capacity building of communities and staff in the Trust. Design, develop and implement sustainable income generation and local enterprise projects, with Board approval. Manage Trust resources and ensure their effective deployment in terms of sector allocations (Women, Youths and the disabled) Nurture key national and international stakeholder relationships relevant to Trust Develop terms of reference, identify and manage external technical consultants as required. Timely preparation and submission of accurate monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports to the Board of Trustees Ensure high-level transparency and accountability in all forms of business interaction Qualifications and Experience Relevant Commercial degree or Equivalent A relevant Masters degree will be an added advantage At least 7 years experience at executive level High levels of business acumen Experience in a Community Share Ownership Trust is an added advantage
