Transfer/Vaccination Foreperson

Main Duties: Allocates Daily duties to Employees Monitors and supervises employees. Checks hatcher basket condition before transferring eggs ie baskets should be dry Monitors hygiene Signing off the setting book and handing over transferred machines to hatcher operator. Unlock and locks doors Checks eggs for breakouts Records transfer time in the setting book. Checks trolleys and hatcher room cleanliness Monitors transfer pattern Reports any problem and faults to the supervisor Complies with Bio-security and hygiene standards as laid down in the procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and company guidelines Identifies safety hazards and reports to supervisor Performs any other general hand duties as and when assigned by superior Upholds company rules and regulations Ensuring that quality and product safety programmes are being followed as laid down in the procedures, SOPs, PRPs and company guidelines Reporting problems within the system to the immediate superior. Qualifications: 5 ‘O’ Levels including English At Least 1 year Experience In The Hatchery Section
