Main Duties:

  • May have come through the ranks to be a Butchery Manager
  • Knows different types of cuts
  • Be able to source the best quality meat from suppliers
  • Set standards for our butcheries for presentability, availability and affordability.
  • Be willing to travel extensively in our branches nationwide.
  • Be able to train Section Managers for consistent standards to be followed in our butcheries.
  • Monitor and enforce health, hygiene and safety standards in our butcheries nationwide.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Food Science
  • At least 8 years experience in a Butchery
