Butchery Field Manager

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>May have come through the ranks to be a Butchery Manager</li> <li>Knows different types of cuts</li> <li>Be able to source the best quality meat from suppliers</li> <li>Set standards for our butcheries for presentability, availability and affordability.</li> <li>Be willing to travel extensively in our branches nationwide.</li> <li>Be able to train Section Managers for consistent standards to be followed in our butcheries.</li> <li>Monitor and enforce health, hygiene and safety standards in our butcheries nationwide.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BSc in Food Science</li> <li>At least 8 years experience in a Butchery</li> </ul>
